Back by popular demand, this high-energy group of Allstar-level cloggers from across the United States is sure to make a memorable entrance — quite literally! Known for their thunderous rhythms and electric footwork, the team proudly lives up to the slogan coined during their 2019 appearance: “You will hear them before you see them!”

Ranging in age from 8 to 68, these talented dancers come together from 20 different teams across 9 U.S. states to form one unified, percussive powerhouse. Their first appearance in the parade was in 2017, and their infectious energy, dazzling synchronization, and unmistakable sound quickly made them a crowd favorite.

Whether you’re a long-time fan or seeing them for the first time, the Allstar Cloggers promise an unforgettable burst of American rhythm and spirit in the heart of London!

The Blue Darter Band from Apopka, Florida is delighted to represent Apopka High School and the wider Orlando area as musical ambassadors in the London Parade 2026. With over 250 student musicians, this vibrant programme features the renowned Blue Darter Marching Band, four concert bands, two jazz ensembles, a percussion ensemble, and a variety of other ensembles that champion the performing arts throughout the year.

The band proudly provides the soundtrack to Friday night football at Apopka High and plays a key role in the cultural life of the school and its community. A highlight of their calendar is hosting the Orange Blossom Jazz Festival – a two-day event held at the Apopka Amphitheatre which welcomes over 50 school jazz bands in a spirited celebration of jazz and community engagement.

The ensemble is led by Mr Jeremy Langford, now in his twelfth year at Apopka High School and his twenty-third year as a music educator. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Troy University and a Master’s from Florida State University – part of which he completed at FSU’s London Study Centre on Great Russell Street. Mr Langford is thrilled to return to London, this time joined by an exceptional group of students and families, to celebrate the New Year and proudly represent their home town of Apopka on this international stage.

The Mercer Island Band Programme is absolutely thrilled to announce its participation in the London Parade 2026! Hailing from Washington State in the United States, this proudly no-cut, non-competitive, and fully inclusive band programme is a shining example of musical excellence and community spirit.

With nearly 250 students in the high school band alone—and more than 600 students involved across Years 5 to 12 throughout the Mercer Island School District—one in every five high school students is a proud band member. The band prides itself on creating opportunities for all, and their dedication has led to performances on some of the world’s most prestigious stages.

The Mercer Island High School Marching Band recently brought their energy and talent to the iconic Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. They have also represented their community internationally, having performed in Puerto Rico, Sydney (Australia), China, and the legendary Rose Parade in Pasadena, California.

Led by co-Band Directors Kyle Thompson and Parker Bixby—both veteran educators and highly respected figures in the wind band world—the programme brings a wealth of experience, passion, and musical excellence to every performance.

Their upcoming appearance in the London Parade 2026 is sure to be a spectacular highlight in their impressive international journey. London, get ready for the sound, spirit, and spectacle of Mercer Island!

All the way from the vibrant heart of Clayton County in Jonesboro, Georgia, we are thrilled to welcome The Majestic Marching Cardinals – a high-octane, HBCU-style marching band guaranteed to bring unstoppable energy and flair to the streets of London!

With over 150 members strong, this dynamic ensemble is the pride and joy of Clayton County Public Schools, and they’re known across the US for lighting up every stage, field, or parade route they grace. Whether it’s a football stadium or a presidential lawn, the Cardinals never miss a beat – and they never fail to bring the wow-factor!

Under the extraordinary leadership of Lynel Goodwin, who took the band from a modest 15 members to the powerhouse it is today, the Cardinals have strutted their stuff in some truly iconic moments. They’ve been invited to the White House by none other than former First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, featured in the world-famous Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and lit up screens during a Super Bowl halftime commercial with global superstar Usher. Oh – and did we mention a halftime performance for the New Orleans Saints?

Mr Goodwin himself has been recognised as Teacher of the Year at Jonesboro High and has received numerous accolades from both media outlets and local organisations for his incredible work and dedication.

Nestled in the heart of beautiful Southern California, Trabuco Hills High School is home to one of the most vibrant and accomplished instrumental music programmes in the region. The Trabuco Hills Instrumental Music Department includes a wide array of ensembles: The Mustangs Marching Unit, Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, Colour Guard, Drum Line, Jazz Band, Intermediate and Advanced Strings, and a full Symphony Orchestra. The programme prides itself on providing a comprehensive, competitive musical education for all students, supported by a passionate and energetic parent booster club.

This strong community support allows the programme to offer life-changing opportunities, fostering enduring friendships and unforgettable memories. At the heart of this success is a dedicated and talented coaching staff, whose guidance instils values such as commitment, sacrifice, hard work, leadership, and self-confidence. The programme is led by Director Brad Pollock, a seasoned educator with over 35 years of teaching experience across Massachusetts, Texas, Colorado, and California. Originally from Chicago, Mr Pollock holds a bachelor’s degree from Berklee College of Music and a master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University. Under his leadership, ensembles from Trabuco Hills have performed across the United States and internationally, including appearances in Hawaii, Florida, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, London (London Parade 2020), and the iconic Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York (2022).

Throughout the years, Mr Pollock’s ensembles have earned numerous accolades – from local and state championships to prestigious “Grand Champion” titles. The concert bands consistently receive superior ratings, while the jazz and symphony orchestras continue to thrive and expand.

“It’s an exciting time to be a Trabuco Hills Mustang,” says Mr Pollock. “Giving students and their families experiences like these, creating memories that last a lifetime, and preparing young people for life through music is what keeps me energised.”

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that the West Pride Marching Band and the Overland Express Jazz Ensemble from Shawnee Mission West High School will be returning to the London Parade in 2026! With this appearance, the band marks a record tenth performance at the Parade over the past 30+ years—a remarkable testament to their enduring talent and international spirit.

Known for their electrifying energy and precision, the West Pride Marching Band brings the heart of the American Midwest to the streets of London, while the Overland Express Jazz Ensemble delights audiences with their rich, swinging sounds of classic Kansas City Jazz. Together, they create a musical experience that’s as dynamic as it is unforgettable.

Behind the scenes, these dedicated young musicians and their supporters go the extra mile—literally! From weekend car washes to community concerts, they rally to raise the funds needed to make this transatlantic journey a reality. In fact, one recent car wash raised over $18,000 in a single day—a shining example of teamwork and determination.

At the helm is Dr Bill Thomas, now celebrating his 20th year as Director of Bands at Shawnee Mission West and serving as Performing Arts Coordinator for a school district of more than 27,000 students. Alongside him is Mr Kevin Hupe, the accomplished director of the jazz band and a professional trumpet player who regularly performs across the Kansas City Metro area.

We’re honoured to welcome these extraordinary musicians back to London as they help us ring in the New Year with style, spirit, and a touch of Midwest magic!
